Executive
A graduate of the University of Paris,France where he obtained double honours in political Science/Economics, Mr Falohun began his Insurance career with Glanvills Enthoven Insurance Brokers in 1981 and later joined Leadway Assurance Company Limited in 1985 where he rose to the position of General manager before leaving in October 2004. Falohun is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and the Swiss Insurance Traning School.He has been Managing Director and CEO of Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc since November 2004. |

Mr. Olusegun Ilori is the Executive Director (Finance & Administration). He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro and an MBA from the University of Lagos. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants; an Associate of both the Chartered Institute of Insurance and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He started his career with First Bank of Nigeria Plc and had worked with Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc for 15 years before assuming office as pioneer Chief Financial Officer of Leadway Pensure PFA.He has competencies in Risk Management Processes and Reporting. |

ADEYINKA ADEKOYA - Deputy General Manager
Deputy general Manager (Operation). Mrs Adekoya holds a Bachelors Degree in Insurance from the University of lagos. She is a Fellow of Chartered insurance Institute of London and has attended various management Courses. She started her career working with an Insurance broker and has spent over 13 years with law Unoin & Rock Insurance Plc. |

MR SEGUN OLUKOJU. Assistant General ManageSegun Olukoju holds a bachelors of Art Degree in Linguistics from the University of Ilorin and a Diploma in Journalism and Communication Arts. He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management.He worked as a freelance Journalist and Researcher before joining Leadway Assurance Company Limited in 1990He left for Canada in 1997 where he became the Chief Consultant for Cowries Canada Limited.Segun has attended various Management, Insurance and Strategy courses both locally nad overseas.He joined Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc. in Novemebr 2004 as the Head of Human Capital and Corpotative Strategy Department.

Mr. Ayo Fanibe is a graduate of Political Science from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Federal University of Technology, Akure. He started his career in Insurance with Leadway Assurance Company Limited in 1992 where he worked in various capacities and offices for 13 years. Ayo later joined Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc where he is now the Head, Business Development (Brokers & Branches). He has attended several Underwriting, Marketing and Management Courses both locally and abroad

Mr. Olatunde Talabi is the Head, Business Development (Oil & Gas). A graduate of
English Studies from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife and an Associate of the
Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. He started his Insurance Career with Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc where for over a decade was exposed to various aspects of underwriting. Tunde has attended several courses on Underwriting and Marketing both locally and abroad including the “Siyanfunda” Property and Engineering course organized by Swiss Re in Southern Africa and the Oil & Energy course organized by HSBC in London.Tunde coordinates all technical matters relating to Oil & Gas Insurance and Engineering Insurance. |

Mr. Olayinka Ashiyanbi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Diploma in Accountancy. An Alumni of the Lagos Business School and has over 20 years working experience in Insurance & Reinsurance Accounting and Investment. Mr. Olayinka Ashiyanbi joined Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc in 2007 as Head of Accounts.
